Track report

Glenda and her team took 3rd in the 4x200 meter relay race (where Glenda was the anchor). And they took 2nd in the 4x100 meter relay (where she was the lead off).

She gets it from her mother.

And conditions were awful: 41 degrees with wind gusts about 30mph. Yuck.

Road bike

I got the road bike out for the first time this year. Only 15 Miles, and still a lot of grit on the shoulders, but it was great to be on a light, fast bike again. Feels like spring.
